💼 About This Role

You'll build and own a centralized People knowledge ecosystem at Affirm, establishing AI-ready knowledge structures that enable automation and scalable service delivery. You'll drive the transformation of fragmented documentation into a unified, AI-powered knowledge foundation, directly shaping how the People Team delivers support end-to-end. This builder role requires both strategic vision and hands-on execution, using AI-assisted workflows to accelerate creation of systems and processes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and own centralized People knowledge ecosystem, including taxonomy, governance, and lifecycle management
• Establish AI-ready knowledge structures for automation and self-service
• Design integration of knowledge, intake, and support workflows to reduce manual case volume
• Lead cross-functional programs from planning through execution, driving alignment and delivery

📋 Requirements

• Experience building or transforming knowledge management systems or shared services functions (0→1 or scale-up)
• Strong understanding of end-user experience in a domain (preferably People Operations, employee experience, or HR service delivery)
• Proven experience in AI-native workflows; using AI to write scripts, structure complex data, and automate manual operations
• Ability to operate strategically and execute operationally in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
