Description
You will build strong customer relationships, lead KPI target discussions, improve NPS scores, and pursue incremental SaaS revenue through renewal, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities, while helping retail customers maximize value from the RELEX solution.
Requirements
- Understanding of retail supply chain
- Experience with demand planning, forecasting, replenishment, or related areas
- Comfortable as a trusted advisor providing strategic guidance to leaders
- Commercial experience in SaaS (as provider or customer)
- Strong relationship-building and consulting skills
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain high-quality customer relationships
- Lead KPI target discussions and improve NPS scores
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand SaaS usage
- Monitor customer performance metrics and take corrective actions
