💼 About This Role

You'll perform Start of Care visits for patients in Monmouth, Middlesex, Somerset, and Union Counties. You'll use your nursing and critical thinking skills to deliver one-on-one care in a home setting. This role offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus for full-time.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform 1-3 Start of Care visits per day
• Deliver skilled nursing care including medication administration
• Conduct client assessments and provide patient education
• Monitor patients' condition and document care

📋 Requirements

• Current NJ nursing license in good standing
• At least one year of related experience
• Experience with OASIS documentation
• Comfortable utilizing an EMR system

• Experience in Home Health
• Experience with HCHB EMR
• Completing Start of Care visits
