Description

You will drive large-scale security projects partnering with global Cyber Defense teams to design and enhance capabilities that protect Okta and its customers. This role requires exceptional leadership to influence stakeholders across all levels and translate complex technical challenges into actionable plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years technical program management experience, with at least 3 focused on cybersecurity
• Ability to create structure from ambiguous directives and translate into actionable roadmaps
• Extensive working experience with security or engineering teams
• Experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence)

Responsibilities

• Manage large, complex initiatives across multiple teams, defining timelines and unblocking progress
• Operate with autonomy to define path forward for complex technical and operational challenges
• Drive teamwork, communication, and collaboration across disparate groups with competing priorities
• Anticipate and mitigate risks by staying close to team goals and applying past experience
• Develop and maintain metrics and dashboards for program status using Jira and other tools
