Description

You will play a critical role in bringing Bloomerang's AI strategy to life, turning ideas into working AI-powered capabilities that deliver measurable value to nonprofit customers. This is an AI-first, technical product role where you will work at the intersection of product, engineering, and design, moving quickly from concept to prototype to production using modern AI tools and workflows.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience with strong experience in technical, AI, or data-driven products
• Proven experience building and shipping AI-powered products in a SaaS environment
• Hands-on experience creating working prototypes, agents, or workflows using modern AI tools
• Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG architectures, and emerging agentic patterns
• Experience working with APIs, integrations, and distributed systems, including external partner ecosystems

Responsibilities

• Build and ship agentic AI: turn ideas into working prototypes, agents, and experiments using LLMs, RAG, and orchestration frameworks
• Modernize AI product lifecycle: use tools like Cursor or Claude Code to produce high-signal outputs and prioritize observed system behavior
• Architect data integration foundations: collaborate with Data and Engineering to ensure high-quality, governed data services for AI
• Oversee public API and partner ecosystem, ensuring robust integrations for future AI use cases
• Drive cross-functional execution: coordinate with Product Marketing, Sales, and Success to position AI story and drive customer outcomes
