You will lead B2B client engagements, shaping full-funnel paid media strategies that drive pipeline and revenue. You'll own strategy, execution oversight, and cross-functional coordination for large accounts, integrating ABM, intent data, and CRM measurement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years digital marketing experience with strong B2B performance strategy focus
  • Proven success leading paid media for enterprise or mid-market B2B clients
  • Deep understanding of full-funnel marketing and account-based strategies across digital channels
  • Skilled in media forecasting, budget allocation, and measurement frameworks including multi-touch attribution
  • Comfortable presenting strategy and performance insights to CMOs and VP-level stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day strategy and client communications for 2-3 B2B accounts with $500K+/month media spend
  • Own client growth, retention, and roadmap development focusing on pipeline generation and revenue impact
  • Architect integrated media plans across paid search, LinkedIn, programmatic, YouTube, ABM, and affiliate
  • Translate sales and marketing objectives into paid media strategies aligned to buying stages and account segments
  • Collaborate with data and CRM teams to optimize toward business outcomes using Salesforce and HubSpot
