You'll own customer engagements end-to-end at Magentic, building AI deployment strategies for enterprise manufacturing clients. You'll turn ambiguous requirements into concrete specs and shape the product roadmap. This is a rare chance to help build a rocket ship from the ground up.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build strong relationships with flagship enterprise manufacturing customers
• Analyse large, unstructured data sets to uncover hidden value
• Run white-boarding sessions with executives and operators
• Gather customer insights to shape product roadmap priorities

📋 Requirements

• 5–6 years of experience in customer-facing engagement or delivery roles
• Managed complex multi-stakeholder projects at senior levels
• Demonstrated commercial thinking tracking outcomes and revenue impact
• Comfortable with early-stage ambiguity and creating structure

• Experience deploying AI, automation, or data products in large organisations
