You'll provide technical leadership and 3rd-level escalation support for managed client environments at Centrered IT. You will drive continuous improvement and root cause analysis to enhance IT operations. This role offers mentorship opportunities and a hybrid work setup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Support Analysts.
• Design and implement secure ICT network and server architectures.
• Deliver 3rd-level escalation support for managed client environments.
• Maintain core infrastructure including servers and Microsoft 365.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years' experience in general IT support within an MSP environment.
• Certificate III in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
• Strong experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments (3+ years desirable).
• Experience supporting Azure environments (2+ years desirable).

✨ Nice to Have

• Windows 10/11 administration skills.
• Experience with network equipment (firewalls, routers, switches).
• Familiarity with backup solutions and patching.
