💼 About This Role

You'll drive the execution of first-of-a-kind fusion generator assemblies at a fusion power company. Your core impact will be owning manufacturing, assembly, and deployment of subsystems. You'll work closely with design engineering to ensure manufacturability is represented at every stage.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own build and assembly definition for generator subsystems
• Author work instructions for technician teams
• Design and manufacture tooling for efficient assembly
• Collaborate with production, integration, and engineering teams

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
• 2+ years professional experience in manufacturing, assembly, or integration of multidisciplinary hardware
• Hands-on experience across multiple engineering disciplines (mechanical, electrical, fluids)
• Experience with CAD software (NX, Solidworks) to make models and drawings
