Description

You will own the construction, buildout, and operational ramp-up of a new blades and vanes foundry at SpaceX, delivering complex projects rapidly and under budget while establishing lean, efficient production flows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering
• 5+ years experience in industrial, operations, or construction engineering
• Process engineering experience including project management and capacity modeling
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, or Python/R for analysis

Responsibilities

• Design factory layouts following lean principles
• Own full lifecycle of foundry buildout, ensuring on-time and under-budget delivery
• Act as primary construction project manager
• Perform project control including scheduling, cost tracking, budgeting, and forecasting
• Develop tools and analytics for capacity and cost analysis
