You'll join Teya's rapidly growing sales organisation as a field-based professional, building relationships and identifying new opportunities. Your core impact will be driving business growth in your territory through consultative, face-to-face sales. You'll be a values-led ambassador for a company that champions small local businesses.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Identify and engage prospective customers through outbound outreach and networking
  • Meet customers face-to-face to understand needs and build trust
  • Use consultative sales approaches to win new business and meet targets
  • Share field insights to improve products and sales processes

📋 Requirements

  • Strong experience in a customer-facing or sales-related role
  • Confidence building relationships and engaging new customers
  • Strong organisation and time-management skills
  • Full UK driving licence
