🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform general plumbing repairs like fixing leaks and replacing toilet parts
• Handle carpentry tasks such as hanging doors and replacing locks
• Do electrical work including changing receptacles and identifying breakers
• Inspect and repair community amenities like laundry and playground equipment

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• General knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, and electrical repair
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and work outdoors in all weather
