You'll represent clients in immigration court proceedings and USCIS interviews as a contract attorney for a premier law firm. Your core impact is managing your own caseload and ensuring timely reporting of hearing outcomes. This role offers flexible scheduling and room for growth within a supportive team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Appear in immigration courts for hearings and USCIS interviews.
• Represent clients in non-detention or detained matters.
• Maintain control of your schedule and select appearances.
• Prepare case documents and coordinate with central team.
• Report hearing outcomes promptly to central team.

📋 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) and active bar license in the state.
• Experience with immigration court proceedings or USCIS interviews.
• Ability to manage own schedule and communicate effectively.
• Reliable travel within the metro area for court visits.

✨ Nice to Have

• 1+ year of immigration law experience.
• Bilingual skills (Spanish a plus).
• Familiarity with EOIR proceedings and USCIS interviews.
