Description

As a Supplier Quality Engineer at Anduril Industries, you will collaborate with design teams and suppliers to ensure high-quality avionics modules and components. You'll drive early engagement, manage technical risks, and develop robust quality processes to support military systems. This role is hands-on, working across engineering, production, and field operations to deliver world-class results.

Requirements

• Active U.S. Secret security clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or similar technical field
• Experience leading supplier quality activities

Responsibilities

• Partner with design teams for design for manufacturability feedback and product data generation
• Drive supplier quality development processes through design reviews, process development, testing, and qualification
• Own elimination of supplier risk and improve quality reliability across product lifecycle
• Support Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) and Material Review Board (MRB) activities
• Audit supplier Quality Management System and lead onsite audits for compliance
