You'll partner with existing Nextiva customers to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities for an AI-powered customer experience platform. Your core impact will be driving expansion revenue while building trusted customer relationships. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing SMB customers
• Engage customers via calls, email, and SMS to uncover new opportunities
• Deliver value-focused demos aligned to customer challenges
• Manage pipeline and forecasting using Salesforce

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years in sales or account management
• Proven ability to meet performance goals
• Advanced English fluency
• Comfortable with outbound engagement

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field
• Experience selling SaaS or UCaaS
• Familiarity with Salesforce or CRM
