🎯 What You'll Do

• Coordinate complex, high-volume interview scheduling across multiple calendars and time zones.
• Act as primary point of contact for candidate logistics and communication.
• Partner with recruiters to resolve scheduling challenges proactively.
• Identify and implement improvements to coordination workflows and tools.

📋 Requirements

• Exceptional English communication skills.
• Experience in recruitment coordination or talent operations.
• Proven experience managing high-volume scheduling across multiple stakeholders and time zones.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience using Ashby ATS.
• Experience supporting hiring in a scaling tech environment.
