πΌ About This Role
You'll own revenue growth and client retention for an assigned portfolio as the primary commercial relationship owner. You'll drive upsell and cross-sell of leasing and services to achieve full account penetration. This role offers direct impact on revenue targets and autonomy to build your own pipeline within a fast-growing fleet management company.
π― What You'll Do
- Build and manage pipeline of expansion opportunities within existing accounts
- Lead full sales cycle for upsell and cross-sell from identification to close
- Conduct regular in-person client meetings to uncover growth opportunities
- Maintain accurate revenue forecasts and pipeline visibility in Salesforce
π Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Business or related field
- 5+ years of sales, account management, or fleet-related experience
- Demonstrated success in quota-carrying or revenue-owning roles
- Experience working with C-level executives

- Fleet management or automotive industry experience
- CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred)
- Experience with embedded leasing or services sales
