You'll join Bluelight, a software consultancy, proactively generating new sales leads and opportunities. You'll build relationships with prospects and set meetings for sales executives. This role offers remote work and performance-based salary increases.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prospect new leads via cold calls, emails, and social media
• Qualify leads and set meetings for sales executives
• Collaborate with marketing on outbound campaigns
• Maintain accurate records in CRM system

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of SDR experience in SaaS
• Proven cold calling and prospecting skills
• HubSpot or other CRM proficiency
• Track record of exceeding quotas

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AI tools for workflow automation
• First responder experience is a plus
