💼 About This Role

You'll take hands-on ownership of workforce management squad operations, owning day-to-day execution and backlog quality. You'll become a deep subject-matter expert on WFM modules like Scheduling, Time & Attendance, Payroll, and Billing. This high-growth role reports directly to the Group Product Manager.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and facilitate squad ceremonies (dailies, refinements, sprint planning, retros).
• Maintain and actively manage the squad's backlog with clear acceptance criteria.
• Track and drive ticket velocity, removing ambiguity that slows engineering.
• Collaborate with engineers, QA, and design to ship high-quality increments.
• Build trust-based relationships with Engineering, QA, and Design.

📋 Requirements

• 1-4 years of product management or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Experience in agile/scrum environments using Jira or equivalent.
• Demonstrated ability to write clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Bachelor's degree in business or computer science, or equivalent practical experience.

• Experience in B2B SaaS or field-service-adjacent domains.
