You'll lead production activities at a medical waste treatment facility, supervising staff and ensuring safety compliance. You'll manage resource allocation and drive continuous improvement to meet quality standards.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Supervise all production activities to ensure successful completion
• Load and unload trucks, prepare customer orders for transport
• Train employees and enforce safety and quality standards
• Manage cleanliness and resource allocation for production

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years plant/warehouse leadership experience
• Mechanical background and familiarity with OSHA
• Ability to lift up to 55 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, or flex hours
