Description
You will serve as the critical strategic link between Marketing and Sales, designing, building, and optimizing outbound sales strategy to drive new business growth in key regions. You'll lead regional targeting, process playbook design, AI integration, and feedback alignment to increase rep efficiency and personalization at scale.
Requirements
- 5+ years in a high-impact strategic role such as Outbound Sales Manager, Sales Strategy, or Revenue Operations with lead generation focus, preferably in B2B SaaS.
- Proven ability to define strategy and translate complex GTM plans into scalable sales processes with territory management experience.
- Deep expertise in CRM (e.g., Salesforce), Sales Engagement Platforms (e.g., Outreach/Salesloft), and list building software (ZoomInfo, Apollo, Clay.com).
- Experience using AI in current or previous roles and/or keen interest in AI for Sales automation and data enrichment.
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to monitor performance metrics and implement data-driven process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Lead Outbound Sales Strategy in a given region, defining high-value ICP segments.
- Refine and optimize the outbound sales process from initial contact to opportunity creation.
- Design and implement a data-driven lead scoring system based on highest-value businesses.
- Drive GTM strategy by supercharging lead gen and enablement using AI tools and automation platforms.
- Establish formal closed-loop feedback with Sales to drive continuous refinement in messaging and process.
- Strategically own operational decisions around lead assignment, territory design, and book reshuffles within CRM.
- Create strong collaborative relationships across Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to drive consensus on GTM processes.
