You'll join Varicent's Technical Support Team as the frontline of customer success, troubleshooting SaaS platform issues and ensuring seamless adoption of our solutions. Your core impact will be resolving complex technical challenges and collaborating with product teams to enhance user experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot technical problems using logs and replication
• Communicate progress and update CRM records
• Share best practices for Varicent product deployment
• Support SLA and KPI targets

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years relevant technical experience
• Experience working with SaaS platforms
• Familiarity with relational databases and SQL
• B2 level English proficiency or higher
