You'll inspire your team, manage financial performance, and ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements

• 4-year college degree or equivalent relevant experience
• 5+ years of property management, hospitality, or retail experience
• Proven track record building and retaining high-performing teams
• Experience managing budgets and P&L
• Proficiency with YARDI and strong financial skills

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the team to execute sales, marketing, and operational activities to achieve budgeted occupancy and retention goals
• Manage financial performance of the property in accordance with established budget
• Coach team members on performance and growth
• Deliver accurate financial and operational reports to clients and ownership
• Cultivate relationships with owners, residents, employees, and vendors
