You'll drive onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion across a high-volume book of SMB and Mid-Market customers. You'll use data and repeatable programs to create impact at scale. This role is key to expanding Perplexity's enterprise customer base.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Execute scaled Enterprise customer success strategy
  • Manage high-volume SMB and Mid-Market portfolio
  • Drive onboarding, adoption, and value realization
  • Monitor customer health and identify growth opportunities
  • Partner with Sales for expansion and renewal

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3+ years in Customer Success or Account Management
  • Experience with SMB/Mid-Market segments in SaaS
  • Strong data analysis and prioritization skills
  • Proficiency in CRM and CS platforms
