You'll drive onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion across a high-volume book of SMB and Mid-Market customers. You'll use data and repeatable programs to create impact at scale. This role is key to expanding Perplexity's enterprise customer base.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Execute scaled Enterprise customer success strategy
- Manage high-volume SMB and Mid-Market portfolio
- Drive onboarding, adoption, and value realization
- Monitor customer health and identify growth opportunities
- Partner with Sales for expansion and renewal
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years in Customer Success or Account Management
- Experience with SMB/Mid-Market segments in SaaS
- Strong data analysis and prioritization skills
- Proficiency in CRM and CS platforms
