🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver skilled nursing care per individual care plans
• Perform client assessments and provide patient education
• Monitor patients' condition and document observations

📋 Requirements

• Current RN license in Arizona in good standing
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• 1 year nursing experience
• Prior home health and OASIS experience
