💼 About This Role

You'll provide one-on-one private duty nursing in patients' homes, caring for children with serious illnesses or disabilities. You'll assess conditions, manage ventilators/tracheostomies, and help families stay together. This role offers structured schedules and collaborative team support.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide skilled pediatric nursing care in home settings for 8-12 hour shifts
• Assess client conditions including vital signs and seizure monitoring
• Manage gastrostomy tubes, tracheostomies, CPAP/BiPAP, and ventilators
• Document care and communicate with families and care team

📋 Requirements

• Valid Texas RN license
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver's license and auto liability insurance

✨ Nice to Have

• 6 months of pediatric home health experience as an RN
• Experience with tracheostomy or ventilator care
