💼 About This Role

You'll own the end-to-end production pipeline for ACQ Media, managing multiple concurrent batches from pre-production through post-production handoffs. Your work ensures predictable, studio-level execution across long-form series, podcasts, and daily short-form content. You'll leverage AI-driven systems and project management software to increase operational precision as output scales.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end production flow across multiple concurrent batches.
• Build and manage production timelines, run-of-show documents, and crew logistics.
• Lead operational oversight on shoot days, maintaining schedule discipline.
• Oversee budgeting, cost tracking, and vendor management.
• Enforce clean asset management and version control for post-production.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years managing production flow in a professional studio, agency, or broadcast environment.
• Demonstrated experience overseeing multiple concurrent production batches.
• Strong experience with project management software such as Monday or Asana.
• Proven ownership of budgets, vendor coordination, and run-of-show documentation.
