You'll architect people infrastructure for a high-growth identity security company, owning the full employee lifecycle from talent acquisition to culture. Your core impact is building scalable HR systems and processes as the organization doubles in size. This is a player-coach role reporting to the CFO with full ownership of HR strategy and execution.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Build, manage, and develop HR team members
  • Serve as primary escalation point for complex employee relations matters
  • Design and execute scalable recruiting engine for headcount growth
  • Own HR systems evaluation, configuration, and optimization

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 8โ€“12 years of progressive HR experience
  • 3+ years in a director-level, VP or senior HR business partner role
  • Prior experience in high-growth technology or SaaS company
  • Deep knowledge of employment law, compensation, and benefits

โœจ Nice to Have

  • PE and/or VC-backed SaaS company experience
  • HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP)
