Description

You will join a founding go-to-market team scaling Charlie Health's Substance Use Disorder (SUD) program nationally. You'll engage referral partners in SUD settings, educate them about our comprehensive treatment programs, and help shape how we expand access to care.

Requirements

• Based in Baltimore, MD area
• Willingness to travel extensively in Baltimore area
• 4+ years sales or business development experience
• Healthcare or behavioral health outreach preferred
• Familiarity with SUD treatment ecosystem preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory-level go-to-market strategy for SUD program
• Build trust-based relationships with SUD referral partners
• Conduct in-field outreach 4-5 days per week to educate partners
• Identify barriers to treatment and collaborate to improve access
• Gather partner feedback and refine strategies cross-functionally
