You'll provide direct guest services at live entertainment venues like The Regency Ballroom and The Warfield. You'll ensure a safe and welcoming environment by answering questions, scanning tickets, and assisting with coat check and ADA needs. This role offers opportunities to work at iconic music venues.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Answer guest questions and direct them to venue areas
• Scan tickets and administer wristbands for events
• Monitor guest conduct and alcohol consumption

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of related work experience
• Ability to lift 50 lbs without assistance
• Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs for long periods
