You'll own end-to-end jeweller partnerships for Paytm Gold, focusing on digital gold redemption at jewellery outlets. You'll drive partner onboarding, commercial structuring, and operational rollout to build a scalable ecosystem. This high-visibility role shapes India's largest digital-to-physical gold initiative.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage strategic relationships with regional and national jewellery partners
• Identify, onboard, and scale jeweller partners for Paytm Gold redemption
• Drive end-to-end enablement of gold redemption at jeweller outlets
• Lead partnership discussions on commercials, incentives, and revenue sharing

📋 Requirements

• 10-16 years experience in partnerships or business development
• Mandatory prior experience working with jewellers, jewellery retail chains, or bullion firms
• Proven ability to manage CXO-level external partner relationships
• Strong Excel and MIS-driven operating discipline

• Experience with legal/compliance structuring of partnership agreements
• Knowledge of gold trading or bullion markets
