You will lead ALO's enterprise protection strategy across international retail markets in the UK, Europe, and APAC, ensuring operational integrity, safety, and asset protection. You'll develop and scale a comprehensive protection program that integrates risk management, investigations, and resilience, partnering with global teams to uphold brand experience and operational excellence.

• Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing international field organization across multiple countries
• Develop proactive strategies to deter and respond to external theft and organized retail crime
• Lead internal investigations with discretion and cultural sensitivity
• Standardize international retail audit programs and use analytics to forecast risk
