Description

As Chief of Staff, you will serve as the primary operational partner to the CEO, translating vision into structured execution across all business units. You will own cross-functional project portfolios, ensure decision follow-through, and maintain organizational accountability in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in fast-moving, multi-entity environment (financial services/fintech preferred)
• Exceptionally strong written and verbal communication skills
• Working knowledge of NFA/CFTC-regulated brokerage operations
• High proficiency with Asana, Slack, and executive workflow management
• Strong judgment, discretion, and comfort with ambiguity

Responsibilities

• Manage CEO's time, priorities, and focus toward highest-leverage decisions
• Prepare CEO for meetings with clear briefing materials and defined objectives
• Act as trusted proxy in internal meetings, capturing decisions and driving follow-through
• Own cross-functional project portfolio and maintain live view of priorities
• Facilitate leadership team rhythm and surface organizational issues to CEO
