Description

You will manage the final stages of the sales funnel, driving deals to activation and accelerating onboarding. You'll guide sellers through discovery and setup, ensuring they leverage Square's platform effectively while tracking feature requests to inform product roadmaps. This role involves both remote and occasional onsite merchant interactions.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree with 4-5+ years in customer-facing role (software implementation, support, sales/account management, or customer success)
  • Infectiously positive attitude and desire to perform at high level continuously
  • Bias for action and ability to operate independently
  • Ability to manage multiple cross-functional initiatives with strong time management and communication skills
  • Proven track record delivering complex projects in technology industry

Responsibilities

  • Provide world-class onboarding and implementation for sellers, ensuring go-live timelines
  • Cultivate cross-functional relationships with Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, Engineering, and Product
  • Anticipate and resolve obstacles by managing stakeholder communications and developing scalable strategies
  • Master Square's platform and products to serve as a subject-matter expert
  • Lead high-impact multi-merchant projects with competing priorities
