You'll manage a large portfolio of accounts for the world's leading AI video platform, driving renewals and value for over 100 customers. You'll use data to segment accounts, run 1:many success programs, and ensure a seamless renewal experience. This role offers the chance to shape scaled CS strategies at a $4 billion valuation company.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Manage a portfolio of over 100 accounts.
  • Maintain a rolling 90-day renewal forecast.
  • Run 1:many success programs and campaigns.
  • Prepare proposals and review contracts.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3+ years of Sales or Customer Success experience in Enterprise SaaS.
  • Experience with Customer Success Platforms like Gainsight or ChurnZero.
  • Proven track record of achieving personal and team goals.
  • Experience managing a high volume of accounts.

  • Background in scaled program management or building playbooks.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
