You'll manage a large portfolio of accounts for the world's leading AI video platform, driving renewals and value for over 100 customers. You'll use data to segment accounts, run 1:many success programs, and ensure a seamless renewal experience. This role offers the chance to shape scaled CS strategies at a $4 billion valuation company.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage a portfolio of over 100 accounts.
- Maintain a rolling 90-day renewal forecast.
- Run 1:many success programs and campaigns.
- Prepare proposals and review contracts.
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years of Sales or Customer Success experience in Enterprise SaaS.
- Experience with Customer Success Platforms like Gainsight or ChurnZero.
- Proven track record of achieving personal and team goals.
- Experience managing a high volume of accounts.

- Background in scaled program management or building playbooks.
- Strong negotiation skills.
