You'll collaborate with your team to ensure user success and satisfaction across North America, and be a champion of Fullscript. This hybrid role requires flexibility to work every 4th weekend.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Collaborate with practitioners and patients via phone, email, and live chat
- Troubleshoot issues and recommend product features suited to customer needs
- Resolve complex inquiries using support tools and product knowledge
- Gather trends in issues and report feedback to supervisor
📋 Requirements
- Proven experience in customer-centric roles, ideally in retail or hospitality
- Ability to multitask and excel in a dynamic environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Flexibility in scheduling to support customers across North America
