💼 About This Role

You'll oversee financial reporting and reconciliations for a global software company, ensuring US GAAP compliance during month-end close. You'll play a key role in maintaining the integrity of financial statements and supporting audits.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
• Reconcile balance sheets and explain QoQ, YoY movements
• Prepare collection target reports and AR reports
• Process monthly cloud (AWS/Azure) and intercompany invoicing

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting
• Knowledge of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Asset modules
• Advanced MS Excel skills with complex formulas
• Experience with month-end closing and balance sheet reconciliation

• Working experience with Workday ERP
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• MBA or master’s degree in finance
