💼 About This Role

You'll provide person-centered support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in home and community settings. You'll help individuals build independent living skills and achieve their personal goals. This role offers two distinct tracks—Personal Attendant or Skills Instructor—tailored to your strengths.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide hands-on support with bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene
• Teach independent living skills like cooking and budgeting
• Accompany individuals to medical and community appointments
• Complete daily logs and progress notes per agency standards

📋 Requirements

• 0-3 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
• Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
• CPR/First Aid certification and TB clearance
• Ability to lift up to 25-40 pounds

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with de-escalation techniques
• Knowledge of DDS and Regional Center standards
• Bilingual skills
