Description
You will work on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating IP licensing and commercial agreements for a portfolio of 30+ brands. Collaborate with business development, brand management, and marketing teams to balance business needs with risk mitigation.
Requirements
- Qualified lawyer in England, Wales, or US
- 3-6 years law firm or in-house experience in consumer product, media/entertainment, or technology
- Proven ability to accept and act on instructions
- Track record of ownership and accountability
- Effective at managing up and asking clarifying questions
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate IP licensing, entertainment, fashion, and media agreements
- Provide advice on trademark and copyright matters
- Coordinate with business development, brand management, and marketing teams
- Enable business to achieve targets while respecting legal principles
- Implement and oversee corporate policies and procedures
