Description

You will support commercial manufacturing on evening shift (Tuesday–Friday, 2pm–Midnight), performing calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of cGMP instrumentation such as pressure, temperature, flow, and control valves. You'll collaborate with maintenance and automation teams in a paperless environment and help maintain inspection readiness.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in calibration and instrumentation
• Associate's Degree in Electronics Technology or equivalent
• Proficiency with Maximo or similar CMMS
• General knowledge of P&IDs, control theories, relay ladder logic, and PLCs
• Understanding of biotech manufacturing equipment calibration and maintenance

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, customer requests, and corrective instrumentation work orders
• Work on liquid level, temperature, pressure, flow, control valves, PLCs, and distributed I/O systems
• Maintain assigned area for inspection readiness and facility upkeep
• Use electronic maintenance work order system to document work in compliance with cGMP
• Cross-train to support integrated mechanical and instrumentation maintenance
