Description

As a Sr. Practice Director, you'll lead and manage Conga's Engagement Manager team to deliver high-value SaaS solutions, driving operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and project profitability. You'll build a high-performance culture, embed best practices, and manage key customer relationships to ensure successful outcomes across the revenue lifecycle.

• Expert in delivery of SaaS services for various customer sizes and industries
• Track record of exceeding customer satisfaction and profitability targets
• Experience leading and motivating a services delivery team of engagement/project managers
• Skilled in resolving customer, resource, scope, and budget challenges
• Proven ability to hire, train, and inspire team members
