• Oversee day-to-day activities of the Safe and Secure team.
• Coach and develop team members on security protocols and performance.
• Lead Incident Management Program for HQ locations.
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure equipment functionality.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in physical security or loss prevention.
• 1+ years directly supervising/managing a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and insurable DMV record.

• Bachelor's degree in business, criminal justice, or related field.
• Experience with project management software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
