You will lead the creative direction for 2K Sports social media channels, driving content strategy and execution across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. Collaborate with brand marketing, production, and community teams to align social creative with marketing goals, while managing relationships with influencers and content creators to build authentic partnerships.
Requirements
- 7+ years progressive experience in creative development, with 3+ years focused on social media, content strategy in gaming or entertainment.
- Proven expertise in platform-native content creation across major social channels (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X) and streaming platforms (Twitch, Discord).
- Exceptional portfolio demonstrating high-impact social media campaigns for major brands or franchises.
- Deep understanding and passion for sports and/or gaming landscape.
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) and proficiency with CapCut, Canva, Mojo.
- Strong leadership experience managing creative teams and leading cross-functional projects.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
- Data-driven creative mindset, using performance metrics to optimize content.
Responsibilities
- Ideate and lead execution of creative for all 2K Sports social media channels.
- Direct and manage the content creation pipeline, ensuring high-quality, on-brand assets optimized for platform performance.
- Oversee and define visual and editorial tone across multiple sports franchises.
- Collaborate with creative studio or external agencies, providing clear direction and feedback.
- Collaborate with Brand Marketing, Production, and Community teams.
- Work with social and influencer strategists to align with platform strategies.
- Identify, vet, and manage relationships with platforms, content creators, and influencers.
- Conduct trend analysis and competitive research to inform creative concepts.
- Present creative strategies, content ideas, campaign performance, and insights to senior leadership.
- Ensure all creative output adheres to legal guidelines, licensing agreements, and platform standards.
