💼 About This Role

You'll provide private duty nursing care to a pediatric client with tracheostomy and ventilator needs in their home. You'll build meaningful relationships and watch their milestones while enjoying flexible scheduling and paid training. This role offers the chance to focus on one client per shift in a supportive environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Travel to one client home near you on a schedule you choose
• Follow up with and execute doctors' orders, documenting properly
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
• Document observations, interventions and evaluations

📋 Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Current RN license in good standing in Delaware
