💼 About This Role

You'll lead and scale KKR's Investment Systems engineering team in Gurugram, building a new platform team and shaping the India technology hub. You will directly own the build-out of the KKR Invest application and serve as the senior-most engineering leader on the ground. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Mentor and coach a team of ~10 early-career engineers
• Build a strong, cohesive engineering culture in Gurugram
• Provide architectural guidance and code quality standards
• Lead engineering hiring and talent strategy in India

📋 Requirements

• 15+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Several years in a formal people leadership role managing distributed teams
• Hands-on technical credibility across Python, TypeScript/React, and AWS
• Experience in cloud-based platform design with AWS preferred
