💼 About This Role

You'll perform complex mechanical inspections for aerospace components, ensuring compliance with engineering standards. Your work will directly support the Neutron launch vehicle program by preventing defects and enabling on-time delivery. This role offers hands-on experience with advanced inspection tools in a fast-paced space manufacturing environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform complex mechanical inspections for purchased parts and assemblies
• Document non-conformance in ERP and issue tracking systems
• Collaborate with engineering to improve work instructions
• Coordinate with production to prioritize workload and meet milestones

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a quality assurance role in mechanical manufacturing
• Experience with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
• High school diploma or GED

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in space manufacturing on engine builds
• Experience with CMM (PC-DMIS) and precision measuring equipment
• Inspection experience with aerospace components
