Description

You will help drive the product roadmap for Kentik NMS, working with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable network monitoring and management solutions. Your role involves prioritizing features, translating customer needs into product specifications, and engaging with network operators to validate direction.

Requirements

• 5+ years in a technical role (network engineering, NOC, SRE, etc.)
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and OSI stack
• Experience with network monitoring/management systems (e.g., SolarWinds, PRTG, LogicMonitor)
• Familiarity with SNMP, telemetry, and performance monitoring
• Prior product management experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist in driving the product roadmap for Kentik NMS
• Independently prioritize features and enhancements
• Translate customer requirements into product specifications and user stories
• Partner with engineering to deliver device monitoring, fault management, alerting, and performance analytics
• Engage with customers and operators to gather feedback and validate product direction
