Description

You will lead the evolution of SentinelOne's HR ecosystem by designing complex Workday integrations and building custom applications via Workday Extend. You will leverage Workday Prism Analytics for advanced data modeling and implement AI/ML concepts to automate HR tasks and enhance predictive analytics, bridging HR strategy with technical execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, HR, Business Administration or equivalent
• 5-7 years HRIS experience with 4+ years configuring and supporting Workday
• Hands-on expertise in Workday HCM configuration, integration, and maintenance
• Proven experience with Workday Studio and other integration tools
• Experience with Workday Extend and/or Workday Prism Analytics

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy complex Workday integrations using Studio, Core Connectors, and EIBs
• Lead development of custom applications via Workday Extend
• Leverage Workday Prism Analytics for data modeling and visualization
• Explore and implement AI/ML concepts to automate HR tasks and enhance predictive analytics
• Provide expert-level support and configuration for Workday modules (Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Time, Absence, Performance, Talent)
