Description

Lead the end-to-end delivery of payment service products, coordinating multiple initiatives and ensuring high-quality, on-time releases that meet business and customer expectations. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to align product delivery with strategic objectives.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of hands-on delivery experience in payment services and card issuing
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery plans and milestones for payment products across the full lifecycle
• Manage release planning activities, resource coordination, and readiness
• Build relationships with stakeholders, technology teams, and customers
• Track delivery progress and report on timelines, quality, and RAID
• Define and monitor end-to-end delivery KPIs to assess performance
