💼 About This Role

You'll lead backend engineers and own delivery of the platform roadmap for a suite of mobile marketing products. Your core impact will be improving delivery accuracy, reducing risks, and modernizing legacy services. You'll collaborate across teams in a remote-first environment with a supportive culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Plan and deliver platform roadmap items with full ownership.
• Lead backend engineers and organize day-to-day work.
• Design and develop scalable high-load backend solutions.
• Optimize data flows, performance, and system reliability.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of backend engineering experience including distributed systems.
• 2+ years of technical leadership experience (team leader or similar).
• Experience with planning and estimation of complex projects.
• B1+ English level.
